The Sounds producer hears a snare and needs to fix it. The Songs producer hears a bridge and needs to rewrite it. The Parts producer hears the bass and reaches for the instrument. The Projects producer sees the schedule. The People producer sees the room.

None of them is better. But knowing yours explains why some songs get finished and others sit in a folder for a year.
